Agitation is one of the most important variables when brewing filter coffee.

Being consistent in your agitation can help you to achieve a better brew, more often.

Stirring and swirling can both help to fully saturate your coffee, making sure you’re getting flavour from the whole dose.

Alternatively, the stream from a kettle can sometimes provide enough turbulence to mix everything together, helping towards a more even extraction.

Experiment, be consistent and #tastetheflavour
