We're very excited to showcase our first offering of Timor-Leste from our import partners at Karst Organics. They continue to build a strong partnership with their farmers, including the creation of a centralised processing facility which provides a base from which members of the local community are encouraged to come together to share ideas and learn more about coffee processing techniques. They typically spend 6 months of the year in East Timor, aiding in the processes to improve overall quality of coffee coming from the country.

This lot is from Rotutu Cooperative, a group of 18 farmers based around Rotutu, Letefoho.
