If goods are returned due to being faulty, the customer can expect a refund. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the cancellation. If there is a problem with your coffee that you purchased from us, please contact us directly and we will deal with your request on a one to one basis. We will not refund or exchange for change of mind or if you ordered incorrectly from our website.
Moonroast coffee roasters are committed to protecting your privacy. We use information we collect about you to process your order and provide more personalised shopping experience. When you order we will need your name, email address, delivery address and card detail. Moonroast coffee roasters will not sell, trade or share your personal information.
Moonroast will send out regular emails to customers to let you know about any new products or special offers, competitions or promotions that are happening. Please email us if you do not want to receive this information.
Terms of Service
Moonroast can take credit card orders from most major credit cards. Our transactions are processed through World Pay and Paypal. We never collect and store any bank, credit or debit card details or any other payment information from you. Other methods of payment for direct/wholesale purchases.
Payment may be made by:

• Credit card by phone
• Debit card by phone
• Directly into our account by BACS

Please allow 5 working days for delivery as we like to roast fresh to order.
Delivery and carriage
If we are unable to deliver your order within 5 working days we will let you know as soon as possible but we will not be liable for any consequences of a delay.
Orders up to 1.6 kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Over 1.8kg by UPS on a 24 hour service.

1.601 kg - 15.00 kg - £6.50
For outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man or abroad please email us for shipping details.
We will in every case, acknowledge complaints with 5 working days. We will in every case advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint.
